If you are not receiving telemetry data from rFactor 2, try all the troubleshooting available in the Not getting telemetry from a game article here. If that did not resolve your issue, try the steps below:

- Go to the rFactor 2installation folder ...\rFactor2\Bin64\Plugins folder
- In the Plugins folder, delete any DLL Plugin called "DataPlugin_v2.dll", "SRS_Rfactor2.dll" and "SRS_Rfactor2_V22.dll"
- Download the rFactor2SharedMemoryMapPlugin64.dll from here and place it into the ...\rFactor2\Bin64\Plugins folder.
- You can also click on the CONFIG button in Sim Racing Studio from the GAMES > PC page once you delete the .dll files in Step 2.

- Open rFactor 2 and go to the PLUGIN settings tab and check if the rFactor2SharedMemoryMapPlugin64.dll PLUGIN is ON and the other plugins mentioned on step 2 are not there or OFF.
- When prompted, allow PRIVATE and PUBLIC access to Windows Defender Firewall.
- Restart rFactor 2
