This article explains how to add a ButtKicker Gamer 2/Plus or any similar amplifier/shaker system to the U-Shake6. Using a 3.5mm audio cable and any stereo amplifier or a ButtKicker Gamer 2, you can add extra shakers to the pedals or under the seat to increase immersion.

Note: To get this to work with the Buttkicker Gamer Plus you will need to use the line input jacks on the back and not use the included USB port and Buttkicker software. The Gamer Plus amp should be configured to receive a pure signal from the Ushak6.

Note: Extra shakers will require their own amplifier and power source.

Hardware Setup
  1. Connect any stereo amplifier or a ButtKicker Gamer 2/Plus to the back of the U-Shake6 amplifier using a 3.5mm cable.
  2. If you have a ButtKicker Gamer 2/Plus, set amp like picture below (Low filter = OFF, High Cut Off Frequency = 120, High Filter = Off). Sim Racing Studio uses special low frequency sounds and different ButtKicker Game 2 amp settings could impact performance.
  3. No additional hardware setup is required.

Software Setup

Once you connect your amplifier or a ButtKicker Gamer 2/plus to the back of the U-Shake6 amplifier, they will share the Sub and Center Channels with the U-Shake6.  This means that you will have the same effects going to the Ushake Center and Sub that will also be going to the external amplifier or Buttkicker Gamer 2.

To adjust the effects used by the extra amplifier/shakers or a ButtKicker Gamer 2, follow the guidance in the Advanced Shaking Profiles article here.
