If you are having issues with Sim Racing Studio that normal troubleshooting is unable to resolve, please try a Factory Reset. You can perform a Factory Reset of Sim Racing Studio by going to SETUP > App and near the bottom of the page in the RESET section, click the Reset Factory Defaults button.
Warning: This will erase all your settings and motion profiles and will reset Sim Racing Studio as if it were the first time you installed it. Please make a copy of your settings and motion profiles before proceeding.
If you have a Premium Add-on Subscription, you can use Sim Racing Studio Cloud Backup to restore your motion profiles after you complete the Factory Reset.
When ready click the Confirm button to perform a Factory Reset of Sim Racing Studio. 
If performing a Factory Reset of Sim Racing Studio did not resolve your issue, please try a Fresh Install.
