Please use the troubleshooting below to resolve the following issues with the SRS Mobile Companion:

If you have an active Premium Add-On Subscription (go here for information on how to check) but can't connect your mobile phone or tablet to the Sim Racing Studio Mobile Companion, please try the following steps:
- Verify that your PC and your mobile phone or tablet are on the same home network. They must also be on the same 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz channel.
- Check to ensure your mobile device is set to automatically connect to your home network WiFi connection.
- Check your Windows Defender Firewall settings and ensure simracingstudio and SimRacingStudo App is allowed to communicate through the Firewall by placing a check mark in both the Private and Public boxes.
- If you are still unable to connect to the Sim Racing Studio Mobile Companion, try resetting the Windows Defender Firewall settings for Sim Racing Studio
- Exit Sim Racing Studio (Make sure it is also not running in the Windows Task Manager)
- Delete/Remove all simracingstudio and SimRacingStudo App entries in Windows Defender Firewall
- Reopen Sim Racing Studio
- When prompted, make sure you Allow/Accept all private and public connections from Sim Racing Studio
- Click on the Sim Racing Studio Mobile Companion icon and follow the instructions per the setup guide.
