Please use the troubleshooting below to resolve connectivity issues between Simcube 2 and Sim Racing Studio

  1. Ensure you have the latest update for Windows 10 and 11. This includes the 22H2 update (also referred to as the Windows 2022 Update).

  2. Try loading Sim Racing Studio and True Drive in the following order: 
    1. Turn off your Simcube 2 base
    2. Open Sim Racing Studio
    3. Open True Drive
    4. Turn on your Simcube 2 base

      Note: If you close and restart Sim Racing Studio, you will need to restart the steps above to prevent loss of connection with True Drive
